Refund Policy – Latinoil

Returns

We want you to love your Latinoil purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used haircare products
Gift cards
Items purchased on final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
